I hardly know the person
Standing before me
But everything i do know
Seems to make us happy
I'd like to know more
If that be the case
Or am i just another person
With a nameless face
You might not see me that way
I might not should even try
But this is on my list of things to do
Before its to late or i die
But if all i can do is make you laugh
Well that will be just fine
I will be a clown for you
Each and every time
But even though its hard for me
I'd like to try one day
And maybe say "i love you"
One of these days
