I cant stand the pain
That you put in my way
I cant stand to get up
And live every day
You left me one night
Now my life I cant lead
You just cant seem to see
Its you that I need
You call me once in awhile
So see if Im alright
Then you hang up
And everything turns to night
Then Im sitting in the dark
Without a hand to hold
Now I just cant see
Why its turning cold
So cant you come back?
And bring the sun back to me
Why cant you unlock your heart?
Dont you have the key?

Very sad when the comfort and joy we once had, disappears
from our life. And no matter how hard we try to hang on to
even the smallest morsel of emotion, we are left so empty
and lost from the strain. This was a very good illustration
of that. Wonderful writing.
