She is pretty
But she changed you
The person you are today
Doesnt seem very true
You dont laugh as much
And you seem to always be sad
And for some reason
I have actually seen you mad
What happened to your spirit?
Where is the happy you?
Has she really had the chance,
To turn you into someone new?
What is that on your face?
Is it a frown yet again?
If youre always sad
What am I supposed to do then?
You are my happiness
You are my joy
Now youre letting her
Turn you into a stupid boy
But Ill put up with the stupid
As long as you promise me you wont leave
Because even putting up with the stupid
Cant make me want to grieve
So please be happy
So that I can be too
Protect your spirit
So that I can again love you!
