God please bless my mommy,
I know that she's with you.
does she have a set of wings,
like the other angels do?
God please make her happy,
and even make her smile.
ask her to think of me,
if only for awhile.
Daddy says that when it rains,
that's mommy's tears of joy.
the way she lets me know,
I am still her baby boy.
And every time the wind blows,
it's mommy checking in on me.
to see if I am being good,
I promised her I would be.
On a cold or snowy day,
and you can feel a chill.
mommy's feeling bad today,
and son she loves you still.
For every little star that shines
are sent from heaven up above.
it's mommy's little way,
of sending you her love......
