My Religion

Contributed by thebadguy9999 on Wednesday, 5th May 2010 @ 03:56:27 PM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

I do not have religion I have Jesus. No one understands the relationship between us.When i go to church in silence i praise. The Lord understands,He gave me my ways. There are times i get tired and times that i cry,but i know my Lord is there by my side.He lives within me and uplifts my spirit,I know the end is near but no longer fear it.You stare at me cause i do not sing,if you could hear my thoughts your ears would ring.I praise my Lord in our secret place, and i know one day i will see his face.I pray that my loved ones will kneel and be saved,so that when he calls us home they will rise from the grave.I am not religion,I am a christian.I gladly bow down to each conviction.I know i do not fit into the norm,I am what i am, with these gifts i was born. When you are silent the Lord talks to you,Whan you make too much noise his voice cannot get through.God made us all different, there is none the same, but in pleasing ways to him all glorify his name.No man is perfect except for God's son, there are none that are worthy,no not a one.I give praise to God each and every day and i do it all in my special way.So do not worry for me or fear for my soul, cause someday soon i will see those streets of gold.

With you I once again agree......
Jesus didn't have a pillow or a place for his head, he was poorer than you and me.
He also didn't fit into the norm........but he had a mission...............to bring us love.
And that's exactly what you are doing, bringing us his love from above!
Warm love,
consue
