Goodnight, little one, goodnight
Time to turn out your light
Your day's been long, so I'll sing you a song
Look at the starry skies
Then close your eyes
Goodnight, my dear, goodnight
I hope everything is alright
Your teddy you keep, by your side as you sleep
You're in safe hands
I hope you understand
Goodnight
I will look out for you
Until the end of time
I will make sure that no harm comes to you
Nothing matters now
Now that you're here
I want you to know
You're my life and soul
Goodnight, little one, goodnight
Don't wake up in a fright
The thunder will pass, the noise won't last
It will be okay
It's not long 'til day
Goodnight
Goodnight, little one, goodnight
I'll never let you leave my sight
I will be there, if you have another nightmare
But now it's fine
So I think it's time...

Brings back wonderful memories of mine!
