She blames me for everything.
Everything is my fault. Was I the only one there?
Everything I did was wrong. According to her.
She holds a very narrow view. With very closed
eyes. When it comes to me. Bad is all she can see.
It doesn't matter what I do, or what I say.
She still sees it that way. Who is she?
She is my daughter. Part of my heart.
Part of my soul. Part of my life.
It feels broken to me. Because of the way she sees me.
Will it ever heal? I don't think so. It hurts too much.
I can't change how she feels. So my heart won't heal.
She is not open. And my heart remains broken.
Forevermore.
