Broken

Broken

I used to have a lover in my heart
We used to be never apart
We loved each other thru and thru
Our love for each other was so ever true
I loved her and she loved me
The feeling of it set me free
But then darkness stole it away
I think about it everyday
One moment then everything went apart
Soon me and her just broke apart
I love her with all my heart
I thought we would never be apart
But I guess she didnt feel the same way
As I feel about her everyday
My heart is broken and my dreams are gone
But then I knew she didnt love me all along
Dreams may come true but not in my mind
I always thought about her time to time
I couldnt get my mind off of my true love
So light and gentle like a dove
But anger and sadness broke her apart so I cry
Wishing I would just lie here and die
Take me God i wish to die
For everyday I cry
Whenever I think about the love I lost
I always have to pay the cost
My heart is now black and dark with sorrow
Will my love be here tomorrow
It feels like someone stabbed my heart
Knowing it has fallen apart
Death take me for my love is gone
Take me to a place where im loved by someone
Somewhere I belong
