My heart beats faster as I think of you
This usually cold stone within my body
Lights up with your presence
Our struggle is a paradox
That cannot be truly solved
As days go by, I am without you
Missing your voice, your touch
Trying to comprehend what has happened
But I, to weak to understand
Give me grace and strength to face up
To the challenges before me
You cannot understand what you do to me
My heart my soul my being
I need you to be next to me
