When You Cry

When you cry,
You shouldnt cry a little;
Cry a lot!
Mine the tears
From wells deep inside your heart;
Let the crystals of emotion
Flow from your eyes.
Big, fat drops,
Small, scared drops;
Cry honest tears,
Sprinkle out the bottled up feelings.
For those who dont cry
Suffer in pain,
Never find relief,
Wallow in their grief.
When you cry,
Cry with gratitude,
Cry with hope,
Cry with healing.
