I'll Wait for You

When I'm with you time stands still, the sands in the hourglass clog and nothing seems real. Am I dreaming? Oh I wish to never wake if that's the case, Cause my days have no meaning unless I see your face.
But this dream has no great conclusion, because in real life I have just ended up losing. Were friends, so I'll have to suffer, Cause I've fallen for you but you have feelings for another.
I once read a quote that has to be true without a doubt Never give up on anything that you can't go a day without thinking about And you I can not ever. I'd wait for you forever.

Such a beautiful, yet tragic poem. Unrequited love hurts. I know all to well. But I love how this poem speaks of holding onto hope. You did a fantastic job with this!! |

this is a lovely poem, albeit quite sad, but the words of this poem lead us to believe in hope always, really well done. |

I like the way it starts and begins to get sad. Great piece of work! |
