This house is angry you can tell by the way It's boards on the floors creak, The doors all slam in unison and the taps in the bathroom leak It's timbers moan and the book shelves groan with the weight of a thousand tomes and the walls seem to say with peeling paint "We want to be left alone"
The weeds grow thick by the door And they scream "Don't let the strangers in" The pipes just shake like a rattle snake and the noise is a thunderous din
This house is angry, I know it is it tells me in every room and on every floor "I hated you then, I hate you now and I hate you forever more"
