Love is amazing in every way
it's the word everyone must once atleast say
Love is happiness in one's heart
it is an idea...
But it may be one that isn;t very smart
it is for fictional characters indeed
but often enough
it's something people think they need
if you are bright, further you will read
Love is a word we use every day
it has no meaning anyway
we love a food
we love a house
we love a pet
or maybe a couch...
it isn't something that stays in our heart
but you will not say it if you're smart
because some of the people you say it to
will hear it and believe it's true
and their heart you will break in two
because some of them believe in that accursid word
for some of their ears have never heard
a lie so sweet
it will lift you off your feet
that fals happiness high
for when your feet again touch ground
you feel as if you must die...
because gravity it will defy
so do not say it
don't tell that lie
for the person you say it to
will surely die
maybe not physically
but in an emotional state
parts of their heart will separate
they will disappear into the unknown
just as you have already done...

This is great for a first poem most people don't start out writing poems this good,
