THE LOVE OF MY LIFE

Contributed by Mack on Monday, 28th June 2010 @ 12:05:26 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I loved her I cherished her, every moment we had was like the first time. Every time I looked into her eyes I would fall in love all over again. She was my heart my soul my world, and I would do anything for her. The dreams we had together made me feel so good inside, she was my perfect half the one who could finish my sentences the one who knew what to say to make me smile. Everyday I awoke it felt as if I was on top of the world. But one day she was taken from me. Now I sit at home in our house staring at the walls looking out the window hoping and wish one day she will come home. But I know she is never coming home again. When I close my eyes at night I dream of her, at night I wake up in tears missing the girl I love. I started drinking just to get rid of the pain but each time I finish one bottle I would go for another hoping I can drink my pains away but they only got worse. Months and months go by and I still feel the pain of her being gone. My friends tell me to move on and try to find someone else but I can't because no one would compare to her. So I stay at home remembering the promise we made to each other that we would love each other in this life or the next. So until the day I can see you again I will love you forever in this life and the next.
