Deeper than blue,I have journeyed
All the while,honesty has held the door...
open
No need for guesswork,or follow the numbers
I have danced,between lines and still I remained...
naked
Yet your hurtful ways have dressed me
In a cloak of tattered silence
Afraid to move,I just might break
Threads of once my very finest
It seems my dance of colours
Has faded and lost it's two step shine
I'll never forget the faltered beat
But I will forgive...in time
Deeper than blue,you have sent me
Still...
honesty holds the door
I'll always dance naked between the lines
One day,you'll hurt me no more

| Very well written, some great lines in this....yet your hurtful ways have dressed me..... it seems my dance of colours has faded,carrying its message of inflicted change in a powerful mournful lament. |
