I Love Jesus

I love Jesus because he healed me when I was born.
He placed his hand on me and brought me through my storm.
He is my life's heart beat,He's my joy,my everything.
When I think about his love for me my heart begins to sing.
Jesus loves all people just as much as he loves me.
Give your life over to him,He will set your spirit free.
He has held my hand and led my heart with loving words.
I am blessed by Jesus much more than I deserve.
He is my best friend,He's my pal and my playmate.
He protects me when I play outside and keeps me safe each time I skate.
Everyday I talk to Jesus and tell him I love him everyday.
I know he loves me too it shows in a hundred ways.
We all should love Jesus,He died for all our sin.
Every time that I play dodge ball he helps me to win.
He gave me a lot of toys and loves to watch me play.
Jesus lives inside my heart and hugs me every day.
I truly love my Jesus,to him I do belong.
He is helping me grow tall and making me real strong.
We can listen to Jesus and he will guide us through our life.
If we do not hear his voice we will never see his light.
Do you know they killed him,they hurt him very bad.
I watched a movie about him and it made me very sad.
I saw his mother crying,I know her heart was hurt.
It's hard to watch your son being kicked into the dirt.
I saw them put a crown on his head,there was a lot of blood.
They had him wrapped in chains and dragged him through the mud.
His blood covered the ground,Blood that was shed for you and me.
All this had to happen so we could be set free.
If you know what he went through how can you keep up these sinful ways?
Do you know that we were on his mind and why on that cross he chose to stay.
If you really love Jesus,Change your life,search for his face.
For us is why he chose the cross,Out of love he took our place.
