I can/'/t seem to write a poem
Drawing blanks
Is always the same
I can/'/t seem to keep going
Aching head
Is just some pain
I can/'/t seem to find my girl
Cause I know shes gone
She/'/ll be the same
I can/'/t seem to roam the world
Cause I/'/ve seen the world
And it/'/s name is hers
I can/'/t seem to enjoy this
When everything I do
Has been done before
I can/'/t seem to be sad
I only believe
Cause I know she/'/s alive
I can/'/t seem to feel better
Its been too long
For me atleast
I can/'/t seem to move on
Cause I/'/ve found peace.

| every time i read this poem my heart shatters. memories fill my mind and i lose myself. it's incredible the feelings people can have towards each other. at the end of the day, i was and always will be madly in love with you. |
