* A SOLAR TSUNAMI *

At the break of dawn
I heard the news of tsunami
Which rises from the heart of Sun:
A flood of electro magnetic fire
Breaks out from the field of Sun
Which would crash onto the Earth,
As per the scientists: it hits
The ozone coat of mail of the earth
And the fires scattered would blow
Towards the polar regions where
They shower a rain of fire-bows
It would be great to watch a rain
Of dazzling fire bows when they
Fall on the ground.
But they also said:
The electro magnetic waves
Would crash with our systems
Of electronics and communications,
And we don't know the density
Of the calamity which befalls us.
Some one discoursed on the T.V
With a warning: the world would end
In the year of Two thousand thirteen!
But how can you believe that?-
That's an unscientific prediction;
Therefore, I had to close my T.V-
I know what is going to happen:
Mother earth will be safe as long
As the Sun, the lord of light rules
The earth as the King.
He creates every being
From the womb of Earth.
He has seen so many creations,
He would also see so many creations;
Mother Earth has to bear countless
Ungrateful sons even in future!

I think what this piece does illustrate is the fragility of our planet.
We sometimes forget about the vastness of space and all the mysteries of the Universe out there that we don't or cannot understand.
Maybe something will destroy us in the not too distant future, if we don't try and destroy ourselves in the meantime !!
