She looked in my face, and I could see the dissapointment in her eyes. She asked me if I was okay, and I lied and lied the best I could. She saw right through me, she reads all my secrets in one glance. I wish I could tell her, I wish I could hear her approval. Oh mother can you hear me crying? Mother, can you see that Im dieing? Mother, theese sins are irreverseable, and theres more to come. Who's going to wash this blood off my hands? Who will make my bed that I lie in mother? How did I get so dark, why did you let me go on my own? Im not ready, im not ready, I will never be ready in this life.

At 22 years old, I'm not ready for life either and have literally asked my own mother,
"Can you see that I'm dying?" and "How did I get so dark?" and "Why did you let
me go on my own?" and I know it hurts her. It seems that being stuck with myself
and my thoughts is the worst thing for me. So, yeah, this really struck a chord.
Keep writing.
