Boy and a Girl

Contributed by iloveyoux12 on Wednesday, 11th August 2010 @ 02:52:53 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

a boy likes a girl,
she don't know it, but she's his world.
and that boy can't help
but dream about her blue eyes.
that boy talks to her everyday;
she don't know it, but she takes his breath away.
and that girl to him
would be enough for a dream to suffice.

so why doesn't that boy go for it?
i think that he should give it a try.

cause she runs through his dreams
and dances in the moonlight,
shines brighter than the stars
shinin' over him at night.
he's obviously
looking for that one girl
to be everything
in his world.

a girl likes a boy,
he don't know it, but he's her joy.
and that girl can't help
but dream about his brown eyes.
that girl talks to him everyday,
he don't know it, but he takes her breath away.
and that boy to her
would be enough for a dream to suffice.

so why does that girl sit and wait?
he's been on her mind for days.

cause he runs through her dreams
and dances in the moonlight,
shines brighter than the stars
shinin' over her at night.
she's obviously
looking for that one boy
to be everything,
including her joy.

so one day,
they realize,
that they're perfect for each other.
he asks her on a date,
and she's blown away,
now they're with one another.

so after all the dreams
and dancing in the moonlight,
shinin' brighter than
the stars at night,
they found their true love,
happinessthey're above,
after that long wait,
they listened to fate.

ooh ya,
after the long wait,
they fell for each other.
now isn't that great?

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
