During the night you come up to my window To bring yourself another sorrow Pretty moon will start to crumble You never think about tomorrow
Death warrant on my door All the sins come back for more You kissed the wall a thousand times before And all is rotten to the core
Wishful thinking won't work tonight I've been sinking in a glass of wine I've been drinking the wrong kind I've been thinking
And there's too much on my mind
My insomnia is like a crime you unconsciously commit every night But if we are known to be modest, you and I should take the blame ourselves And leave the honour to the others
I never dream and tell...
