Fluttering like a flock of sparrows
Pierced by the bittersweet feeling of Cupid's arrows
Reguarding all the wond'rous things
Feeling lifted as if by angel's wings
So when spring arrives in its great rush
With colors strewn with Nature's paintbrush
Remember all the hopes and dreams
Newly thawed, the flowing streams
For soon there will come a time
To enjoy yourself in this springtime
