Waking up smiling
I was filled with such hope
had me a lover a job
I am the star
in my own reality show.
Floating above up high
my feet
never touching the ground,
couldn't tell me nothing
I knew it all
had my friends
all around...
but they all vanished
when I started to come down.
I remember when I could fly
and when I had some friends
who don't hear me as I'm calling,
now I lay awake and cry
cause
I have broken my wings
and I am falling,
feels like I'm dying
as I am remembering.
