i lay here beside you, with my eyes wide open,
i cannot sleep, i cannot dream, in fear of what may happen,
my heart beats as fast as the cheetahs paws hit the dirt floor,
shaking, trembling, starting to swet.
i close my eyes and drift....afraid,
wiping all my tears away.
