|
Rocketing away from a planet absent from love
he explores untouched limits for his soul mate,
a firefly dotting the dark in amber glow
his starry eyes glisten in black speckled serenity,
solace supersonic as indigo waves and melancholy
moons fall away into the vast void of a world no longer visible,
hiding in the systems maze of magic
comets scorch the sky teasing his belief in beauty,
humbled by truth winking in distant fire
he scans the stars finding wishes are plentiful
