We walked into it holding hands
Walked into a world we couldn't understand
Started to cry when the monsters came
Terrible demons, bowed our heads in shame
Your eyes, bled tears of rain
Out of the sky, the truth brought rain
Clouds shifted high above
Crows surrounded, tearing flesh off the dove
You told me there was a way out
To escape the doubt
But you, my love, were wrong
As your sacred gods erased the dawn
Swallowed up by a foolish belief
Lost forever like some forgotten sea
Now what are we but a speck of dust
Floating among all the broken trust
If you look closely you can see
The devils, their wings of decay
Please hold my hand once more
As dead angels come
To take us away.

I agree with the previous comment, very powerful. I love the use of imagery and of course the dead angels add a nice touch :) Keep up the dark work and stay evil!
