Thoughts of a Man that I Once Loved...

From the lips of a man,
Whom I once loved,
Came these words of hatred,
which were unthought of.
I'm a horrible person,
That's what he believes.
I need to turn myself
Around 180 degrees.
My problems are petty,
They just don't compare.
I'm a drama queen
And I'm going no where.
I complain about everything,
I treat people like dirt.
I'm depressing and negative,
All my friends, I've hurt.
"Ask around", he said,
"They're all agree."
So, I did and none of my
Friends think this of me.
So, to this man,
Whom I once loved,
I have to say, his words,
He can shove...
For if he doesn't like me for me,
That's his problem.
I'm the way that I am
Because of him.
I am not changing for anybody.
I am completely satisfied.
He created this monster,
Depressive and undignified.
He's the one with the problems,
Who's issues are over-blown.
Those, Which I call my problems,
All the worse I've ever known.
So think again before you call me horrible,
Dear man, That I once loved.
For in the end, you're horrific,
When push came to shove...
