Alive in Death

To fix a loathed and broken soul, There is a most atrocious toll, The sacrifice that they must make, to take the path the hardened take,
Hold onto hate a bitter death, A pinch of shame on your last breath, Just watch and you will one day see, That you will want to be set free.
Abhorrence, hatred, and revulsion, Are products of your weak devotion, To life, to love, to gracious motions, So let go of your sad compulsions,
Dont see the world through hollow eyes, Death need not come, for you to die.

What a beautifully written piece of poetry about not having the want to explore life but embracing all that is negative and black. These lines are great.
Hold onto hate… a bitter death,
A pinch of shame… on your last breath,
Great write and well done.
