Death

Contributed by vydana on Tuesday, 22nd April 2003 @ 04:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Death is coming closer everyday,
In the ground we will all soon lay,
When, where, and how we can decide,
So from death we should never hide.

Life isn't always a happy place,
To the day of death some will race,
By their own hand they will die,
So everyday they will no longer cry.

Smiling and happy I will no longer pretend,
Death would be a means to an end,
Suicide is a means to death,
I smile, as I take my last breath.

I slain myself to end my saddening pain,
My tears have fallen for so long like rain.
I'm done with this life and this hurt forever,
Unto death I will now endeavor.

Sadness imbred, into a story of torment loneliness,
Liked this poem.
But before death takes a hold,
I look forward to more words from you to unfold,
Cant wait to see what else you will write was cool.

this poem is very truthful, sometimes life isnt and the world isnt a good or happy place to be in, and everyone dies, keep up the good work.
