I'll play your game, But I'll refrain, From making the same mistake again, 'cause I'm all locked up, Subdued, removed, Yet I'll never stop loving you,
But I'm grateful, For this fateful, Subterfuge, 'cause my life would be so hollow, Without my muse, Without the truth,
Oh how I wish I could see you, To be with you, To feel your sweet caress, Please make sense of this mess, If only I were someone else, Just someplace else, Just free to do, What I want to, Imagine how it would be, Just you and me, To be as one, Released.

My word, this is simply wonderful poetry. You are very apt at revealing your deepest feelings, but you do it in a way that tells of a deep inner strength. Keep positive and keep writing. |

It is definitely hard to hold back, and you often feel subdued and removed from the equation. If you really love her, give it time, and maybe in the future you can be friends, and if you can be friends, and you are charming, there is always a chance of getter her back. Just as long as someone else doesn't get her first. If that happens, good luck. :) |
