A world in its own

Topic: oops

I haven't found what Ive been looking for
A silent peace beyond the core
Ive walked so far in this loneliness
And dreamt much more than my share

And it not fair
The hardships that we go through
its almost as if they don't even care
when emptiness is all you have
its easier said than done
saving the world all in one

So ill take a breathe
Let it soothe my lungs
And wait for help to come
Ill wait up the nights until then
but its harder than it seems
wait for a day to come
waiting for that day

Excitement in the air
waiting for perfection to clear
the day we can be ourselves
but the day never comes

our world is hurt
our souls are tired
our nation bankrupt from the rich retired
