inhaling postmodern haste
the chaos of it all
catches my breath. . .
what to do?
the hum of drama &/or mystery is stirring
an anthology
digs itself deeply, talons first
beneath generic mumblings. . .
like a generous kiss
embellishing itself for its own sake,
crashing beautifully. . .
lovingly into the background
noise stumbles toward the impossible notation
eat sleep write
the would be collage effortlessly assembles itself
dictated not only by regard
but also by the tumbling, twisted irregularities
that maintain 'this is not happiness'
but magnificent ruin
times 2 to the 8th power. . . & then some. . .
a diary of some sort
one of many. . .
but it's so sick,
the needless, oh. . . the useless
the time after time capsules
destined to explode
into more or less numbing nonsense
what to do?
it's an occasional scrapbook, in the closet,
in the shadow of a room
it's a cabinet filled with posturing
of it's me, it is not you
a narrative of insomnia fills a tablet rent of tears
qoutes in shades of anger lather
words from out of corners gather
nothing to exhume
