It's funny how life is
The decisions we make
Although ours was the right one
I Can still feel the flame
In your voice when
We call back the past
Our passion was the same
Our loves the same
We had our chance
But screwed it up
Too many drunken nights
Too many drunken town fights
With you naked on the bonnet
Of my car while driving through town
Thinking back now
It was,,,, maybe,,,, a senseless time
Our idea of fun
Shocked our friends
You are total wrecks
They said time after time
Everybody was expecting us
Flat on our face
But we showed them
It would never happen
When we broke up
Just in time
We were not rough
We were just 2 young people
With the same soul
Playing with a fire
We had no way to control
First loves never die
It just moves on
In different bodies
In different minds
First loves just never die
