I see a snake of purest green, Of long, forked tongue and poisoned sheen; Of lustful yearn for flesh and meat, Of bloody mess when stung in feat; Of venom pure, of ruthless bite, Of rushing fear to its delight; Of most hushed sounds, of slithers stealth, When it comes close, it drains your health!
I fear that snake of so much greed, Of highest masters it doesnt heed; Of hidden traits, of secrets stark, Of devious eyes that glow in the dark; Of cunning strokes, of strikes unknown, Without much care but death alone! Of well-poised fangs behind your back, Of well cared manners that all snakes lack.
I dread that snake whose friends are foes. It kills them all but then, who knows? I fear that snake, it bit me then; But Ill make sure it wont again.
