this one's special: a red tear of release that brought surprising joy and peace.
oh! rock concert, millenium's end: a puckered wound that will not mend.
here and there, in scars and infections lives pain and fear, such warm recollections...
and the creme de la creme: disinfectant and white walls, desperate cries and calls for pressure to stem the tide; my trophy wound, my joy, and pride.

I think this is an outstandin' poem! Thought poem. Maybe people just don't like thinkin' or ponderin' intelligence thought.
