Don't Say It

Contributed by sjoslin16 on Monday, 11th April 2011 @ 10:08:56 AM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

Dont Say youre sorry,
You had five months to say that phrase,
Im no longer worried,
Were not gonna talk anymore,

Cant you see
What youre doing to me?

So dont say you love me,
Dont say you love me.

Cause even if that were true,
What do you want me to do?
Forget the past,
If you say that,
Ill go back to you

And if all of the lies you told,
Still werent enough to hold me here,
I dont see what good one more would do

It took me forever
To make myself feel almost like new,

I finally got over
Every memory of you

And as soon as Im fine,
You want to re-enter my life,

So dont say you love me,
Dont say you love me

Cause even if that were true,
What do you want me to do?
Take you back,
Just like that?
After all I went through?

And if you really love me so,
Id rather just not know,
I dont wanna hear those words from you
Even if it were true.

I finally was happy,
So dont say you love me
