Im your MVP your poet laureate
As Jim said, you have to be an assassin or a politician to be a superstar
I may not be a superstar but versatility can make you go far
I can become who you need
The thoughtful person listening to your wows
The all seeing eye on society
The bearer of bad news, whispered in your ear
The open arms of a friend who hugs you to sleep
Im your MVP, trust in me
I will help when called upon
I will give you the advice you need
I will hold your hand to cross the road of life
I will hold your wound closed when it starts to bleed
Im your doctor of sanity
Poetry is my prescription
Take me daily, weekly, monthly
I have it all ready here at your poetry.com
Take a spoon and take a taste from the MVP
