A heart can feel weary
as leaves in the fall
its summer passed quickly
never opened at all
nothing came in
nothing went out
no looking back
it's time had run out
no way of knowing
the pain it had caused
now dry and brittle
and no time to pause
so don't shed a tear
youre not left alone
I'm not leaving you
I'm just going home
