My Love was like the ink of a red pen I could feel it so heavy And black When you were around and near So sweet and intoxicating That I could hardly take When you were around and near.
When you were away could feel and see it And I could breathe Music every where in the grass and sunlight And my love I could see was red.
But now I am old and decrepit With long painful walks in the deserts without end It is like a faint memory and its see through Not black Nor Red.
