I'm never going back home
Because home is where the heart is
And I don't know where she's gone
You might be all I've ever wanted
But I swear you'll be the death of me
Why did you run away
When I gave you all I had?
Why did you turn your back
On the life that we had planned?
I promise you baby that you'll regret
Regret the day you walked away
Regret the minute you gave up
Regret the second you said good bye
Where did you leave your knife
When you pulled it from my chest?
Who were you lying to
When you said that you loved me?
Darling I hope you're satisfied
With the choices that you've made
Farewell my love
You turned your back on me
This is what I am left with
A broken heart and a bitter message
So here's a song to say
I'm in love with a corpse
A lovely dead girl
Not to the world, just to me.
