Others opinions, a taskmaster be sure
Approval sought in concert with hunger for more
Ravenous for notice observations held kind
Gifts of approval to always be mien
If not forthcoming of admiration I sought
the wrath of the heavens down would be brought
Plans for revenge, thoughts swirled in my mind
of how Id get even simply a question of time
How arrogant were they to look downward on me
Acts of revenge in detail thought out
Ruminating for hours waiting to see
Each one as to extent of degree
Time I passed probing such thoughts
a burden weighed heavy on me
I pondered the cost, whod endure most loss
of scorn only I knew to be
Of persons despised no way be contrived
all anguish of my ideas be set free
