Don't despair when things go wrong,
though gravity can seem too strong.
Smile on through, delete the frown.
You can't grow up without a down...
and please remember, don't frustrate.
Waiting wastes, it is too late.
Onward is the place to go,
too little time to bask in woe.
He or she, they broke your heart
but they'll get theirs, so make a start.
Out there, somewhere, your needs are met
by someone else, I surely bet.
For if the love you lost was right
then you would not be in this plight.
Former lovers don't make mistakes
they have their lives, and love to make.
The rights and wrongs of life are hid
maybe you think I try to kid?
But Ive been there, like you before
and have lost love that I adored.
But time moved on and so did I,
eventually lost the need to try.
Until one day I met my match.
Amazement true at this greatest catch!
We ran the race- Thrilling, intense.
we cleared obstacles, jumped each fence.
A light and effervescent flight.
My heart was caught in such delight.
A love so pure and special found.
No end to it, onward and round.
Trouble free (relatively),
our love is it's own gravity.
