Something about you, that draws me near
Wonder where these feelings arise
There are times, Ive come to fear
Its just too much for me to hide
I try not to pry the reason
My hearts crying out for you
When my minds telling me
It cant be true
Ive fallen before, it hurt so bad
Ive lost feeling, being out in the rain
Now Ive got a glimpse of the sun
Feeling the warmth, wishing itll stay
Seems as though clouds are on the way
Looking for whats left of the sands of time
Where Ive stood for what seems an eternity
Soon the ground I stand on
Will be bare
As Ive endured, for so long
Im damp with emotions
For a moments breath
Now dry of feelings
Gasping for some blessed air
