before I entered this time-tunnel of what is called life I was a word before a single cell of me was formed I was a word before I was a thought in mother's mind I was a word before anyone knew my name I was a word before You breathed in my first breath I was a word
Before I arrived on a planet ...called earth I was a word...
...spoken...
...from the very lips of God

'I Was a Word' is a whale of a poem. It swims in its own sea -- sails in its recurring waves. The repetition if the title-words thoughout makes for a solid integral composition. How beautiful and comforting in this Place of so much chaos. Thanks for a moment of peace -- a gently floating moment...
