lead the poet home

Contributed by ming on Thursday, 7th July 2011 @ 09:32:46 AM in AEST
Topic: ambiguous

worn thin enough to see
through

life-line kinked like
a broken promise

iron stone and dark
lend

to this
bit of
paper & ink

and I taste
secrets

of the twin
bastards
of life

fear and hurt.

It's always a pleasure to read your work:
to see the wheels of your mind churning,
in it's truly unique way.The end of the poem
(-I taste secrets of the twin bastards of life fear and hurt-)
was firece like decapitation, as it wasn't the least bit subtle,
and like your work couldn't be ignored

Well well well Ming I am once again impressed with your work. Not to mention I admire your use of quotes from wonderful writers from the past; I adore the classics. Take care fellow poet,
Deidra
