The clap of thunder
While rain drizzles down
Alone and gloomy
Only sadness be found
A learning not sought
The hardest to endure
When passion and delight
Are to exist no more
As I ponder tomorrow
Only anguish perceived
Today holds no existence
Snared obsessing the future
And the pain Ill receive
Now departed
My birds flown the nest
Guided by angles
To her eternal rest
