you were always my best friend,
always by my side.
when things got to the roughest,
you took me for a ride.
you wiped away my tears,
and told those jokes of yours.
you always made me smile,
when my heart was torn.

i think I'm trying to tell you,
something you didn't know.
i never want you to leave,
unless i were to go.
i always went through so many guys,
and you never seemed to mind.
but my heart belongs to you,
you're the guy was trying to find.

i hope you can forgive me,
for making such a fool,
i hope this won't make me,
loose a friend like you
