running around
in a gown
hidden by a mask.

a reach for the hand
a slow motion dance
a long kiss goodbye
as she runs for the door
won't see him no more.

he searches all day
and all night 'till he quits.
surprised she doesn't come out
because of his charm and his wits.

one day he will find her
and wont let her go
soon she'll be his princess,
a happy ending you know.
