selfstruggles

Standing on horizon of time, she extended her hand to reach out.
Even for a false ray of hope, eyes misty with tear and fear. Aware of time, seeping through fingers, malignancy engulfing her, rapidly. Collecting all her strength she could muster
she faced every one with her waning courage. Life was never easy for her, still some how, she always had her way out. Took even the hardest blow without any ache, but now, even the most tender touch made her groan with deep pain........ Helplessly she looked around to find relief sitting silently she just gazed into space.. Wondering, where the journey of her life will take her

An incredibly powerful, and sad, and frightening, and -- spiritual -- poem. A poem that speaks of tragedy with full respect; captures the terrible moment of true suffering -- unmitigated pain -- how can a poem tell such bitter truth? This one does.
