a courageous dragonslayer he doesn't work for the mayor he is Zorda the ferocious he leaves a dragon motionless
another keg of ale Zorda , he looks a bit pale the thing today i've seen no , it could not have been
i've seen it with my own two eyes you all , all your lies my dragon does not need to die we're all living a lie
a lie that they might hurt truth is , they do hurt we are part of a race man and beast run this race
together we fight a neverending battle battle against each other's cause we're all too stubborn to see the truth of living in harmony

hi, i like this poem, it portrays the classic archetypes, good verse's evil, oppression verse's freedom, you are symbolic of the hero on a hero's journey, who needs to vent his frustrations, shout loud to grab the attention of those who are subdued still in their ignorance and bliss.Thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my poem Beautiful Sound, , I appreciate all the input i get as i am fairly new to this forum also. |
